Food Making in a Pandemic.

Over the past few weeks of home sheltering, I have cooked myself many a meal. All, with just a few ingredients. I need food making right now to be simple, nutritious and most importantly, it’s gotta pass my “yum” test because most days living in a pandemic, feeling a “yum” is a big source of joy and accomplishment, superseding work output. This (pictured) is from the aforementioned source.

Three ingredients.

Oven toasted jalapeño cauliflower sandwich thins by outer aisle gourmet.
A creamy avocado mash.
Everything bagel seasoning.

Mmm, mmm, mmm!
